Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where can I park for the festival and how much does it cost?

Parking is $10 in advance and $15 at the gate. We recommend that you buy your parking space online in advance so we can keep the traffic moving. A link will be posted on our website and Facebook pages prior to the event.

There are 4 parking lots, A,B,C,D. Parking lot A, is the closest, followed by Lot B (which is restricted to Rideshare Driver and people with a state issued disabled parking placard). Lot C is the next closest followed by Lot D. We are planning to provide a shuttle to help transport people to the park.

2. What am I allowed to bring to the festival?

You are allowed to bring your own food, beverages, chairs, and canopies (without side panels). However we suggest you save time and energy and explore the food of our fabulous vendors.

3. Are children allowed in the festival?

Yes! The Collective Minds Festival is family friendly and children under 17 get in free with a paying adult. However we ask that parents are very diligent supervising their children. West Covington Park is surrounded by water. There will not be a lifeguard at the event, though we plan to have EMTs and nurses at the event.

4. Are restrooms available at the park?

Yes. There will be several port-a-potties on the premises, including a few that are handicap accessible.

5. What hotel is closest to the Festival?

The closest hotel is the Roost Apt Homes. Collective Minds has a block of rooms that you can ask for at a discounted rate. Being Apartment Extended Stay units, they are a bit pricey but they are the closest.   Click Here for other options.
